Husband and wife, Franson and Paula Nwaeze, started looking for a way to open a restaurant in 2001, but most banks were skeptical of their lack of experience and collateral. They discovered that they were much more likely to get financing on a gas station and once one came up for sale, they jumped at the opportunity. Adding a full kitchen to the plans, they opened for business in 2003. The food is fabulous and the atmosphere is something everyone should experience!
