- Last 2 Paycheck Stubs or Stubs Showing 30 Consecutive Days
- Three months of Bank Statements - Checking and Savings (all pages)
- Most recent 401k, IRA or Stock Investment Statements (all pages)
- Last two years W-2 Forms, Tax Returns and 1099's
- Addresses for last two years (including landlord's phone number if renting)
- List of Debts with Balances and Payments (car, charge cards, loans, etc.)

- Fully Signed Divorce Decree
- Documentation of Child Support Payments
- For VA loans, DD214 and Certificate of Eligibility
- Lease Agreement on Rental Property
